- PLACING AN ORDER
- Our minimum opening order is $250 and our minimum reorder $150 . Orders can be submitted on-line using our new online order form, emailed to info@saltboxnyc.com, faxed to our office at 212-868-4647 or given to us directly by calling our office at 212-868-4646 . All on-line orders will be reviewed and manually processed in our office. Should anything about your order need to be discussed, we will contact you upon receipt.
- PAYMENT TERMS
- First time orders COD or Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit terms are granted subject to approval. There will be a finance charge of 2% per month on all past due invoices, and a $20.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
- SHIPPING
- Orders are shipped FOB Cheshire, CT. All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. There is a $10 surcharge for US Mail, and refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
- Buyer is responsible for inspecting merchandise within five business days of order receipt for damages, flaws, defects and mis-shipments. No returns will be accepted after five business days of shipment receipt. All returns must be approved and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please do not return anything without obtaining preauthorization.
- DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are inspected and carefully packed at our shipping location in Cheshire, CT. All damages, missing items or incorrect shipments must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt. Saltbox will replace any items that arrive damaged. Please call us to report the damage, and we will provide instructions for returning the item. In the event we are out of stock on the item, it can be replaced with an item of equal value or you can choose to receive either a credit or refund.
If a customer returns a damaged item to your store within one year of purchase, Saltbox will replace the item if you determined, upon inspection of the item, that the damage was not due to inappropriate or excessive use of the item.
